Still waking up far too early despite time change. Feeling a lot better than I was yesterday, still very odd. Wish I were less annoying to myself & everyone else. Seems if anybody actually cares about me, eventually my own nervousness bleeds over onto them and they run screaming. A monster, a horrible monster.
